my sales person was very nice was very helpful. I had to fight a battle to get the best price and the finance department was awful to deal with. They were absolutely terrible and almost ruined the deal.
Not very happy about the deal but I did buy the truck not sure this service helped much

I went to classic Buick GMC in Houston on Katy freeway. I wanted a dealership closer to my home. I previously used Gay Buick gmc (good experience).
I made an appointment as a car pro member at classic. I arrived and was greeted immediately By Daniel Saade, I received excellent attention. The truck model and configuration I wanted was not available on the lot. I returned home and began searching for the truck on the GMC site.
I found one in Tyler Texas. I reached out to Daniel, he reached out to Hall GMC dealership but could not score the transfer. I emailed Jerry again and he suggested I reach out to his friend Zac at Classic. I did and within 1 hour of sending an email, Joe Burk reached out to me, we discussed what I was looking for. He said give hime 24 hrs. The next day he found 2 matching units in Louisiana. He was able to secure a transfer for one of them. We discussed the pricing, agreed over the phone, I gave a deposit and we waited for the snow storm to clear. He then had the truck brought to Houston on Friday 1/24. Joe Burk handled the entire process. It was an excellent experienced there were no surprises.
I am very pleased.
I'll let you know How I feel about the 3.0 diesel after I've driven it for 6 months. I think it is going to be great.
If you are wondering, I traded a beautiful 2023 GMC SLT Sierra with 6.2 gas, with a standard bed, 3:42 rear end, 4x4.
FOR a 2025 GMC Sierra SLT short bed 3.0 diesel ,max trailering pkg 4x4.
This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased as a Car Pro member and have had pleasant experiences. I convinced my sister to join and she got a great deal on her Subaru 2 years ago.

The salesman was very helpful in asking and listening to what we were looking for. The financing team was very through in going over the paperwork to make sure we were comfortable with the contract. Finally, the GM came into the business office and personally introduced himself and made himself available for questions before the sale and afterwards. We would highly recommend visiting this dealership with your automotive needs and working through the CARPRO program.
