My carpro advisor was great. Nick was very knowledgeable, transparent, no-pressure, and wanted to make sure I received the features I wanted. He placed an order for an F150 with the unique configuration to meet my specific needs and at a fair price. He has followed up me after the order and thanked me for the business. 5-Stars for 5-Star and for Nick. :)

A truly amazing experience! Daryn was great the entire time. I was never pressured and the staff and Daryn were extremely patient during the entire time. Buying using the Car Pro is the only way. Second car I've bought this way. I'll never go it any other way now.

Working with Madi Northington was a pleasure. She stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Working with the finance person was not pleasant at all. First he tried to sell an extended warranty that was over priced and didn't offer any documentation about it. Then when I wanted to finance less the $12,000 he quoted some outrageous rate of 10.99%. When I questioned him on it he said he could get it lowered to 9%. My credit score is 847. I finally said I would just paid for the entire purchase. He was not happy. I went on Ford's web site and bought the extended warranty direct from Ford. About half the price of what he was trying to sell.

The salesman Kenneth was awesome. Very great to work with. The financing was not good. I tried to get a better rate from the dealership but found out later I could have gotten a better rate from the same bank on my own. Lesson learned!

Jay did an awesome job. I live in Temple, and he worked with me on trade and kept me informed every step of the way even beat give me the vin. I traded a 2021 Chevy Silverado. I don’t drive much any longer so I thought a an electric car would be perfect. They had the car prepped and clean I did all the paperwork online. They were extremely busy the Saturday I came (two Saturdays ago). I was in and out within about 45 min. Great experience and thank you for your process and your 20 years. Just wanted to let you know about your site and the service I received. Definite 5 stars.

Spent 2 hours looking at used inventory. Identified 2 cars for hard quotes. Came back at a scheduled time the next day to review numbers. Anthony had to go to the managers office to get them. Waited nearly 15 minutes while watching managers office with 5 -6 people talking (including my rookie salesman) but left as I felt the whole VIP experience was a joke.
