The salesperson (Stoney) was good. He was knowledgeable and didn't use high pressure sales tactics. I didn't appreciate the unpublished add on fees of nearly $2K (CPO and other service fees that were in addition to tax, title and license fees), which should have been built into the published sales price.

5 Stars! This place and these people are wonderful! I used the service department. At no point did I feel dumb about what they were telling me about my vehicle's needs. They got it all done and even graciously gave us a rental car to use in the mean time since we only have 1 car right now. I will be back and I will absolutely send anyone there that I can.

The entire process was easy, Alan called me within an hour of me e mailing him about a specific model. We went over what colors and options were in the SUVs that he had on the lot. I went to the dealership on Friday to test drive and make a decision, they even beat the interest rate of my Credit Union for a new car loan. Overall the process was quick and easy.
