I was referred to this dealership by a relative who is a CarPro member. I made a phone call to the dealership & asked for the General Mng. Just a few hours later I received a text from the salesman, Erik Bohdan. He answered my questions via text until I was ready to talk. With the one phone call I was convinced that this was a great dealership. Erik was kind, efficient & honest. He was not “pushy” as many salesman are. He simply answered my questions, followed through on my requests & BAM! I was sold within a few hours. On the day of the sale we were at the dealership for only 2 hours. The purchase experience was the best I’ve ever experienced. I left there with so much knowledge regarding the operation of the vehicle and the reassurance that I can text Erik anytime I have a question or problem. I will gladly do business with these folks in the future and will recommend them to others.

(Before I start, the reason I did not present a VIP pass is that I had gone through the VIP contact point o my phone, and was driving to the dealership as I had made the contact. No printer in my vehicle.)<br>My wife and I bought an older used Suburban at Park Place Motorcars in Dallas this past weekend. Granted, a used Suburban buyer isn't the most sought-after demographic at most Mercedes and Porsche dealers, but Park Place is not like most dealers. Park Place Motorcars treated us like car buying royalty, as if we were there to pick out an S-Class 550 and a pair of Carreras for the weekend. Randy Massey called me within two minutes of emailing my contact request through the CarPro VIP page; from that first conversation to our last handshake, he was the consummate professional. He had the answers to our questions, he patiently worked with us on inspecting the vehicle, he handled all the paperwork at his desk, he got everything done in a short amount of time, and he's contacted me a couple times since to make sure everything was going well. Randy represented his dealership well. Along the way, General Manager Robert Morris came by to thank me for contacting him and doing business with Park Place. After they filled up the Suburban's gas tank (a mortgage payment by itself) as a final gesture of gracious service, my wife and I are the ones who owe Mr Massey and Mr Morris a sincere thank you and especially Jerry Reynolds for assembling this network of amazing people who do great work the right way. <br>Michael Russo, Waco

Sales experience was good. but way too much paperwork. The delivery process was too fast and hard to absorb. According to our sales rep, Blake Cooper, this will be an ongoing process though since the car is so complex.

Dealer and show room were definitely larger than the one in our hometown Waco. We liked the GLC that Eric showed us. We also were entitled to the USAA discount. I am still not sure of the advantages of the "VIP Priority Pass" and were extended a big "howdy" even before we showed the vaunted "Pass" .<br><br>My big disappointment was that the 0% 36 month financing was a bit of a "come on" and did not extend to the GLC series--being restricted to the lesser known GLA among others. Hopefully, MB will change its tune and extend this to GLC.

I appreciated his honesty. I live in Reno. I wanted to order a 2020 Mercedes-Benz and take delivery in NV. Randy stated it would be a challenge to order a car from him in Dallas and pick it up in Reno. He answered my questions and I used the info to get a similar deal from the Reno M-B dealer. It is on order and should arrive in October.
