It was excellent from start to finish. The sales manager, Lamar Rodgers called me right after I had submitted my info to CarPro and we had an extended conversation on where I was in the process and what I was looking for in my next car. He arranged a test drive with Sean Napoles who gave me a great test drive demonstrating the car's features and then I drove continuing questions. we resolved some issues during the test drive and I knew the car would meet my expectations. He then took me through the options and identified the ones I needed. They didn't have one that met my needs so they found one at another dealer and arranged to move it to their location. Then I saw Christen Johnson in finance, who took me through all the documents clearly explaining each one. She went through all of the various options available (with no pressure at all) explaining what each one involved. I needed time (days) to make room in my garage for a new vehicle and they readily worked with me to keep the car until I was ready for it. As soon as I was ready they prepared the car and I went to pick it up. Sean spent quite a bit of time, showing me how to set up numerous facets of the car and refreshed my memory on many of the features I wasn't familiar with since my previous car was a 2007. In my buying cars over the last 54 years, I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dealership. I thank all of the CarPro's at Huffines and CarPro themself for offering your services.

This was my first time buying any kind of car. My dad recommended CarPro and at first I was skeptical, but now having experience the CarPro difference I am a huge believer. The experience at Huffines Hyundai Plano was night and day better than other dealerships where I experienced every kind of car dealership stereotype imaginable. Huffines Plano was first class, and never pushed for a sale once. They took an educational approach and treated us like VIPs from the start. Lamar welcomed us the moment we stepped foot into the dealership and checked on us frequently. Dersim, the salesman, was fantastic and answered all our questions. We got out the door with a brand new 2025 Palisade XRT for just over $45,000. I think that is a good price, but Jerry would know better. This is why I put a 4 next to the cost rating. It felt very transparent to me, they showed us what they owned the car for (was around 44k) and then I got $1,250 off for financing (even though we will pay off). They came down a little on top of that and threw in all weather mats. So there was still some negotiation, but I believe that’s normal? Overall great experience.
