Toyota Motor Corporation has received the most model awards by the annual J.D. Power 2023 Vehicle Dependability Study. A total of six Toyota models were recognized by J.D. Powers. Lexus ranks #1 in the vehicle dependability study among all brands with an overall score of 133 out of the industry average of 186. Both the Compact SUV Lexus NX and Midsize Premium SUV Lexus RX were recognized. Also earning awards are the Toyota C-HR, Toyota Highlander, Toyota Sienna and Toyota Tacoma. The study is based upon over 30,000 responses by original owners of the 2020 model year vehicles after 3 years of ownership.  The study also found that infotainment systems continue to be the most problematic for customers with six of the top 10 problem areas infotainment related. The number one frustration for drivers is the built-in voice recognition services.  For more information on these and other vehicles, check out CarPro.com. With Today’s Auto News, I’m Laura Reynolds.
