Ford Mustang Stampede
I’m Laura Reynolds with CarPro.com. In celebration of Ford releasing the next generation Mustang model this past Wednesday, Ford Communications Manager Jiyan Cadiz says fans can competed in The Stampede Costume contest in their favorite Mustang-era attire.

And so given we'll probably have a few thousand people in for the debut of this new Mustang, I mean those are pretty good odds, compared to most contests to win a car. And we look forward to seeing all the different flavors of you know inspiration of Mustang through the decades including we know, some folks will dress like their favorite characters in movies Mustang has participated in.” You can watch the debut and costume contest of Ford's social media channels.
Bridgestone Uses Shrubs To Make Rubber
Bridgestone Americas is working to commercialize natural rubber from desert shrubs by 2030. Bridgestone will invest an additional $42 million dollars to establish commercial operations for planting and harvesting guayule. Guayule is a Mexican shrub of the daisy family which when processed yields a large amount of latex, a rubber substitute.

The 2023 Toyota GR Supra is on sale now and it now comes available with a new six-speed intelligent Manual Transmission option, staying true to Toyota’s GAZOO Racing’s heritage. Vice President of Toyota Vehicle Marketing and Communications Mike Tripp says quote “When we revealed the GR Supra back in 2019, we tapped into a heritage nameplate for Toyota, but we were regularly asked if there would be a manual version. We immediately took that feedback to heart and started developing it, and we’re happy that we can now bring customers the perfect complement for Supra’s high-torque, high output engine with a six-speed manual.” End quote.
