Ford’s Gretchen Sauer says the bed of the 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor has everything you could ever want for off-road adventures, camping and fishing. Sauer: "So a couple Easter eggs. On one side of the tailgate we've got a bottle opener. Again, really important for that camping trip. On that other side we have a bag hanger on the tailgate, so again if you've got something you know that you're holding on to or that you want to set up you know to maybe put your muddy shoes in or something like that that's a great feature. And then on the end of the tailgate we have a ruler. And someone told me a funny story today about how they would use that rules to measure the size of the fish that they caught, so you know it's certainly useful for that outdoor adventure. But some other features in the bed, you know we've got zone lighting which allows you to keep the party going even when the sun goes down. So you can set up camp and then of course a 400 watt in-bed inverter which gives you power for that coffee pot when you have to wake up the next morning."
