American Automobile Association Manager of Driver Training Dr. Bill Van Tassell says drivers can improve their skills by taking an AAA Driving For Life course or go to a High Performance Driving School.  Van Tassell: "So I actually sent my wife to a high performance driving school after we worked on her driving skills a bit and she was particularly interested.  And I said hey I don't care if you want to race or not, I just want you to have those advanced skills for the street because they are pretty much the same skills just used for different purposes, racetrack versus street. And she was reluctant and then she made it through the second day of the training and was just so happy she wanted to sign up for the second course right then and there. She just had an absolute blast.  So at least for more drivers aged 25 and older once the brain is more likely to be fully developed sort of apply those advanced skills maybe more responsibly that might be an opportunity, it's fantastic fun. You'll never have a better time than at one of those courses."  For more information check out CarPro.com. With Today’s Auto News, I’m Laura Reynolds.
