I’m Laura Reynolds with CarPro.com. Ford has released its 11th annual Trend Report. The Trend Report looks at consumer preferences and behaviors which Ford uses to create products. Ford Global Futuring Manager Jennifer Brace explains that there are positives in how customers are thinking about global issues. Brace: "That we do have some silver linings and what we're seeing is that people are kind of, they're excepting that there's a lot of global instability, national instability, even personal finance instability with what's happening with the market right now. So they're really kind of, they're looking inward and saying okay. like I'm going to control the things that I can control and I'm going to find my silver linings, I'm going to find my little wins, in this kind of this sea of chaos if you will that people are kind of feeling overwhelmed. so there are still some silver linings and people looking for those little joys if you will."
