This Sunday, May 18th, you don’t want to miss the [Cars For CASA Car Show](https://lonestarcasa.org/cars-for-casa/) in Rockwall.  The event marks a milestone this year, too, as it celebrates its 20th year. Cars for CASA is a staple event in the North Texas area with hundreds of attendees and vehicle entries. Hosted by the Metro East Division of the Dallas Builders Association, attendees are welcome to enjoy activities such as a 50/50 raffle, good food, and viewing entries from vintage autos to cutting-edge cars.

It’s a great cause, too!  For more than 30 years, Lone Star CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) has worked to provide our courts with the information needed to act in the best interests of abused and neglected children in Rockwall and Kaufman Counties, and to ensure that they’re placed in safe, permanent homes as quickly as possible.

This year, they hope to cross the one-million-dollar mark for total funds raised. The Metro East Division of the Dallas Builders Association started the show and has continued all these years to assure its success.  You can expect 300-400 cars on display this year!
