REAR SUBFRAME MAY CRACK

Summary
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Range Rover Sport vehicles. Cracks may develop in the rear subframe.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the rear subframe as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed November 20, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Land Rover customer service at 1-800-637-6837. Land Rover's numbers for this recall are D165 and D166.
CRASH RISK
PLANO, Texas (Oct. 7, 2026) — Toyota is conducting a safety recall involving certain model year 2026 RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid vehicles. Approximately 31,000 vehicles are involved in this recall in the U.S.
A fault can occur in an electronic control unit (ECU) for the plug-in hybrid system in the subject vehicles and can cause the system to shut down while driving. This can lead to a loss of motive power while driving at higher speeds and increase the risk of a crash.
All known owners of the subject vehicles will be notified to return their vehicle to a Toyota dealer. Toyota dealers will update the software of the affected ECU, at no cost.
Owners of involved vehicles will be notified by early December 2026.

A LOSS OF POWER STEERING ASSIST CAN INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH

Summary
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Ram 1500 Promaster, Ram 2500 Promaster, Ram 3500 Promaster, and 2024-2026 Ram 3500 Electric (EV) vehicles. Water may enter the electric power steering wiring harness, which can disable power steering assist.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the wiring harness and electronic power steering gear, as necessary, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed November 17, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 92D. HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY MAY CATCH FIRE
FIRE RISK
Summary
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ID.4 vehicles. The high voltage battery may fail and lead to a vehicle fire.
Remedy
Owners are advised to only charge their vehicles to a maximum of 80% battery capacity until the repair has been completed. The remedy is currently under development. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed November 27, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Volkswagen customer service at 1-800-893-5298. Volkswagen's number for this recall is 93EX.
