The steering gear rack bar may have been insufficiently hardened during manufacturing, possibly allowing it to bind within the steering rack, and resulting in difficulty steering or a loss of steering control. **Remedy** Dealers will replace the steering gear assembly, free of charge. The brake master cylinder may allow brake fluid to leak from the front wheel circuit into the brake booster. **Remedy** Dealers will replace the brake master cylinder. If the master cylinder is leaking, the brake booster will also be replaced. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 25, 2022. A reflection caused by the headlight housings may illuminate areas above the vehicle and outside of the driver's view with excessively bright light. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." **Remedy** The remedy is currently under development. The rearview image may not immediately display when the vehicle begins to reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility." **Remedy** Tesla will perform an over-the-air (OTA) software update, free of charge.
