**BUICK/CHEVROLET**

Summary

General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024 Buick Encore GX, Envista, and Chevrolet Trax vehicles. The software in the Virtual Cockpit Unit Module (VCU) may cause the instrument panel display to intermittently go blank at vehicle startup or while driving.

Remedy

The VCU software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 22, 2023. Owners may contact Buick customer service at 1-800-521-7300 or Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020. GM's number for this recall is A232424320.

Summary

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Accord and HR-V vehicles. The front seat belt pretensioners may be missing the rivet that secures the quick connector and wire plate. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 208, "Occupant Crash Protection," 209, "Seat Belt Assembles," and 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and replace the seat belt pretensioner assemblies as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed January 8, 2024. Owners may contact Honda customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's numbers for this recall are MG7 and NG5.

**JEEP** PARK OUTSIDE FIRE RISK

More than 32,000 Jeep Wrangler plug-in hybrids in the U.S. are being recalled due to fire risk following an internal investigation that discovered eight vehicle fires. The recall involves certain model-year 2021-2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe SUVs.   The automaker says the vehicles can be driven, but it is advising owners not to recharge them and also to park them away from other structures and vehicles. Vehicle that are determined to be affected will need to have their battery pack replaced. The automaker says it's not aware of any injuries or accidents related to the issue.

November 22, 2023 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - Stellantis is recalling an estimated 32,125 U.S.-market plug-in hybrid SUVs to resolve a potential fire risk.

A routine Company review of customer data led to an internal investigation that discovered eight vehicle fires. All were parked and turned off, while six were connected to chargers.

Stellantis is unaware of any related injuries or accidents.

This recall affects certain model-year 2021-2024 JeepĀ® Wrangler 4xe SUVs. No other Wrangler models are affected.

The vehicles may be driven. However, the Company is advising owners to refrain from recharging these hybrid vehicles, and to park them away from structures and other vehicles, until they are remedied.

The remedy involves a software flash. If a certain error code is observed, the battery pack will be replaced.

Affected customers will be advised when they may schedule service. The Company estimates one percent of affected vehicles may have the defect.
