After repeated attempts, the starter motor may overheat from an electrical overload. **Remedy** Dealers will replace the engine starter, free of charge. The B+ positive terminal cover on the starter motor assembly may be improperly installed, which can cause an electrical short during a crash. **Remedy** Dealers will inspect and reinstall the starter motor terminal cover, as necessary, free of charge. A spindle nut may detach from the Power Operated Tailgate (POT) drive units, causing the tailgate to suddenly drop. **Remedy** Owners are advised not to use the POT function until the repair is completed.
