Toyota's getting ready to launch an enhanced version of its Toyota Audio Multimedia experience. We are big fans of the current version so we can't wait to experience the updates for ourselves. We can expect the updated system to introduce new graphics, enhanced technology and several firsts for the brand including the first integration of AT&T 5G network connectivity. It will also feature a standard built-in Drive Recorder.
Here's a list of some of the highlighted features:
The enhanced system will debut in the all-new 2026 RAV4 that will begin to arrive in CarPro Dealerships late this year. The 2026 RAV4 will feature a standard 10.5-inch or available 12.9-inch screen. Toyota says the touchscreen also has improved response times thanks to increased on-device computing power. It will now be configurable, so drivers can customize widgets for navigation, drive mode, audio, connected smart device and weather. A Quick Control Menu is also new.
“The teams behind our new Toyota Audio Multimedia system have worked together to build something we are proud to bring to the RAV4 this year,” said Brian Inouye, chief engineer at Toyota Motor North America. “The enhancements we’ve made are driven by both function and performance at their core, and we are excited for our customers to enjoy an in-cabin experience like never before.”

The new RAV4 will also launch a new version of the Toyota Safety Sense active safety suite.
