**I am still breaking down numbers from the full year of 2025, so today I bring you the top 3 sellers in each automotive segment, how many were sold in 2025, and how that compares to sales for the full year of 2024.**

No huge surprises here, but the Ford Maverick continues to gain momentum in the Mid-Sized category. Camry became even more dominant in the Mid-Sized sedans race, which isn’t much of a race at all. Chrysler Pacifica outsold all other minivans, thus proving price and incentives sells these days. And in luxury SUVs, BMW X7 edged out Land Rover Defender.

### Top 3 Segment Best Sellers For 2025 

**Full Sized Trucks:**

Ford F-series: 828,832 Up 8%

Chevy Silverado: 580,368 Up 6%

Ram Trucks: 374,079 Up 0.3%

 

**Mid-Sized Trucks**

Toyota Tacoma: 274,638 Up 42%

Ford Maverick: 155,051 Up 18%

Chevy Colorado: 107,867 Up 10%

 

**Compact SUV**

Toyota RAV4: 470,288 Up 1%

Honda CR-V: 403,768 Up 0.2%

Chevy Equinox: 332,301 Up 40%

 

**Mid-Sized SUV**

Ford Explorer: 222,706 Up 14%

Jeep Grand Cherokee: 210,082 Down 2%

Chevy Traverse: 148,278 Up 40%

 

**Mid-Sized Sedan**

Toyota Camry: 316,185 Up 2%

Honda Accord: 150,196 Down 8%

Nissan Altima: 93,268 Down 18%

 

**Compact Sedan**

Honda Civic: 238,661 Down 1%

Toyota Corolla: 174,857 Up 8%

Nissan Sentra: 152,578 Down 0.1%

 

**Sports Cars**

Ford Mustang: 45,333 Up 3%

Chevy Corvette: 24,522 Down 26%

Subaru WRX: 10,930 Down 41%

 

**Minivan**

Chrysler Pacifica: 110,106 Down 8%

Toyota Sienna: 101,486 Up 35%

Honda Odyssey: 88,462 Up 10%

 

**Full Sized SUV**

Chevy Tahoe: 114,202 Up 8%

GMC Yukon: 93,036 Up 6%

Ford Expedition: 85,921 Up 10%

 

**Luxury SUV**

BMW X7: 31,575 Up 6%

Land Rover Defender: 30,237 Up 2%

Range Rover: 29,403 Up 15%
