Jeep and Marvel Comics are teaming up on a new Wrangler America250 featuring Captain America!  The special edition is more than just a celebration of America's 250th birthday - it also serves to mark the 85th year of both the Wrangler and Marvel Comics. As if that wasn't enough to celebrate, the Jeep Brand is also marking its 25th consecutive year as most patriotic brand in America. So celebrations all around.

The new 2026 Jeep Wrangler America250 edition features patriotic red, white and blue design decals,  red tow hooks, a Jean Blue soft top and a limited-edition Captain America shield tire cover. It rides on steel oxide-finished wheels with 33-inch all-terrain tires. The interior features Jean Blue cloth seats.

“As the nation celebrates its 250th anniversary—and Jeep marks 25 consecutive years as America’s most patriotic brand—we wanted to do something more meaningful and distinctly Jeep than simply adding an American flag,” said Olivier François, global chief marketing officer, Stellantis. “The Jeep Wrangler has long been regarded as an enduring symbol of freedom around the world, and this moment called for an expression worthy of that legacy.

“We teamed up with Marvel to bring the Captain America shield—one of the most iconic symbols in pop culture—directly onto the vehicle as a tire cover of the Jeep Wrangler A250 edition. In doing so, we flipped the usual model: instead of product inspiring marketing, marketing inspired the product.”

Jeep and Marvel Comics Group have also collaborated on an original, illustrated, limited-edition cover for a reprinted comic book. The exclusive comic book cover will come with the purchase of the 2026 Jeep Wrangler America250 special edition.

The first marketing phase of Jeep's collaboration with Marvel Comics kicked off with the launch of “Origin Story”, a video that blends animation with a comic book aesthetic. Jeep says the WWII-era Jeep Willys was air-dropped directly onto battlefields, delivering critical mobility that helped U.S. soldiers achieve victory on the ground.  Watch Origin Story →

The collaboration will continue throughout the year with the second part of it campaign, “The Original Superheroes,” launching around July 4th.  It will spotlight actual U.S. military veterans, the real-life men and women whose missions Jeep vehicles once supported on the front lines. Jeep says the campaign reinforces the idea that heroism is not fictional, it is forged through service, selflessness and courage.

In late 2026, the brands will promote Marvel Studios' “Avengers: Doomsday” which opens in U.S. theaters just ahead of Christmas on December 18, 2026.

The Jeep brand is an exclusive automotive partner of America250, the bipartisan organization charged by Congress to lead the commemoration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
