Q: Is The Used Car Market Going Down?
In a word, no. Due to high demand, used car prices are holding fairly steady overall this fall though model year changeover is causing some values to drop. Dealers are also clamoring for used cars which is great if you have a trade-in. I see used car values continuing to hold their own through the end of the year to the point that in some cases it might just make more sense to just buy new especially with the incentives.
