It’s a Car Guy’s dream come true, a 33-car garage.  A Zillow listing on the property popped up within the last week, and I was very surprised it is located in Oklahoma City, one of my favorites cities anywhere.

It’s a mere 19,000 square feet, and Zillow estimates the monthly payments to be roughly $108,000 per month.  It has 8 bedrooms, but 16 baths, and it sits on 16 acres.

Special features include: A private stocked pond, outdoor and indoor basketball court, a Koi pond, full outdoor kitchen, bowling alleys, a dance floor, and as you’d expect, it is gated.

The Realtor goes on to say:

*ULTRA LUXURY ESTATE in OKC! Welcome to an unparalleled sanctuary of luxury and sophistication. This one-of-a-kind gated estate, set on 36 breathtaking acres, offers an extraordinary 19,000 square feet (MOL) of meticulously crafted living space. This home comes furnished (with some reserved personal items). *

*The property's outdoor amenities are nothing short of spectacular. A resort-like 70,000-gallon pool, complete with a slide, grotto, and expansive hot tub, serves as the focal point of multiple outdoor living areas. Entertain effortlessly with a full outdoor kitchen and a private, stocked pond, all within the security of a gated entry. Savant Home Automation ensures state-of-the-art control and convenience throughout the estate. This exquisite property features a stunning koi pond, home to over 200 brightly colored koi fish. *

*Other amenities: electric shades, generator, hidden staircases, multiple bar areas, golf driving balcony, fireman's pole from kids gaming area to kitchen, etc. Indoors, the residence boasts dual professional bowling alleys, a game room, a large office suite, and soaring ceilings. A $6M 32,000-square-foot barn (heated & cooled and NOT included in sf)) elevates the property further, featuring an indoor basketball court, a full outdoor basketball court (outside of the barn), multiple bar areas, a dance floor, and a performance stage. **The barn includes 33 oversized car garages**, providing plenty of space for car collectors and extra storage. This entertainment hub even includes an elevator for ultimate convenience. 2 oversized his/hers bedroom suites are also inside barn.*

So, the question is:  Professional athlete or car dealer?
