    I’m Laura Reynolds with CarPro.com.  Ford has released its 11th annual Trend Report. The Trend Report looks at consumer preferences and behaviors. The questions range anywhere from stress to finances to environment. Ford Global Futuring Manager Jennifer Brace explains why it’s important to Ford to stay on top of cultural shifts and trends. Brace: "It's a really great report, it may be a little surprising that Ford does it because it's not just focused on automotive, it goes well beyond that,  we're looking at how are people feeling around the world, what's going on, what is consumer sentiment how do we see it shifting, how do we see it changing. Um and then of course we work on how that might come back and impact our business and how can we share that with the teams here at Ford as we are developing products and services to help meet the needs of consumers who are changing and evolving."
