Mitchell: "Customers said hey, air-flow in the cargo area is super important. We're living in the van, we're cooking in the van, whatever you know the case may be, so, could we do that from the factory. And so we are. You know we really heard that that was you know something that out customers were really like, take those things that we can make life easier for them, and get them into you know, hey I want to put a kitchen or a bed or you know all those things, backsplashes, you know all those really cool ....stuff, leave that you know to them and then oh by the way you're still protected with a Ford factory warranty and it's built the you know to the safety and durability standards that Ford standards. So it's like doing all that great work for them, but then still giving them a vehicle they can rely on and trust." Options ordered through the factory come with the Ford Factory Warranty.
