I’m Laura Reynolds with CarPro.com.   Ford Utility Marketing Manager Craig Patterson says the Ford Escape has a new ST-Line series and has 3 trims. Patterson talks about how the plug-in hybrid powertrain saves you time and money at the pump. Patterson: "We've got customers now that are going 500, 750, 1200 miles, about 10 percent of the customers are going 1200 miles between fill-ups based on our data. So think about that, most people aren't driving 12,000 miles a year, there's only 1200 miles, so more than a month between visiting a gas station, doesn't that sound great.  It saves you on the gas prices, you plug-in at home, plug in at work,  just the convenience of never having to stop, it's sometimes as much as the money you save." The Ford Escape has an available “coast to coast” LED light bar that runs from headlamp to headlamp. Starting MSRP is $27,500. For more information on these and other stories visit CARPRO.COM.
