Carlisle Events and Performance & Style are happy to announce a media partnership with PASMAG (Performance Autos & Sound) for the 2012 event. As part of the agreement, expect great pre and post event coverage of Performance & Style in PASMAG, both on the web and in print. You might even see your car as part of one of their many photo spreads.

At Carlisle, PASMAG will be a featured vendor and you can find them on the Manufacturers Midway. All registered 2012 competitors will receive a FREE trial subscription to PAS and the 2012 "Best of Show" and "Car Club" winners will be featured in print. Kickin’ It Old Skool is a new display for P&S in 2012. It features early '90s and older cars with a focus on JDM and performance. This is going to be a fantastic collection of nostalgia with an enjoyable trip down memory lane. The display is being assembled and presented by long time Carlisle friends Jay Martinez and Dan Champagne, producers of the Tuner Evolution show held every summer in York, Pennsylvania. This year’s show is August 25 and will again be held at the Sovereign Bank Stadium in downtown York.

The ICE House returns to Building Z for the 4th year in a row. This year the ICE House show is under the expert guidance of and sponsored by WC Customz. Will Fassett of WC Customz is arranging for 10 to 12 of the latest in in-car entertainment features. The legendary sport bike stunt team, the StarBoyz are back again for Carlisle P&S, this time with an extra special StarBoyz Smoke Show. Check out Scott, Kevin and their adrenaline-hooked friends as they burn rubber, rev their engines and wow the crowd with stoppies, wheelies, burnouts and more.

Now, in addition to the tricks, they are going to show off and you can judge who will be "king of the burnout." The smoke show consists of several mini competitions aimed at pleasing the crowd. Check them out as they compete on a mini drift course, fastest circle burnouts, best move, combination series burnout and of course the best smoke show.

Edge of your seat excitement gets even better in 2012.

On Friday night of Performance & Style weekend, McCann School of Business and Technology will host the Carlisle Performance and Style Kick-Off and Charity Car Show to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central PA. The event will be held at the Carlisle campus of McCann School of Business and Technology located at 346 York Road in Carlisle. The event takes place from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Enck’s trophies will provide trophies for best-in-make categories as well as best paint, best engine bay, best interior and best I.C.E.

Six of the top custom automotive shops from up and down the East Coast will be battling it out at Carlisle Performance & Style 2012 for a MARKETING PACKAGE VALUED AT OVER $5,000 and the title of Elite Streetz Top Shop at Carlisle Performance and Style 2012. Each shop will show three customer or promotional-built vehicles in a special display area. A highly-qualified judging team will determine the winning group based on the vehicles in which the majority (over 60%) of the fabrication/customization was done in-house.

NICOclub.com, the largest and most comprehensive online resource for Nissan, Infiniti and Datsun enthusiasts will once again hold their annual NICOfest at Performance & Style. 2011 was the was the largest NICOfest to date with attendees from the West Coast, Florida, Chicago and EVEN AUSTRALIA!!!! The dedicated, fun and enthusiastic Scikotics community with members and chapters up and down the East Coast will once again take over the pavilion at Performance & Style for the Scikotics Ward @ Carlisle gathering. Last year was the first year for Scikotics Ward @ Carlisle and the display was awesome; the cars were hot and know the second year will be bigger and better! Over the past few years the stance game has become more and more popular. The LowLifeStyle & JunkStyles crew will be transforming Building Y into a Stance Hall during P&S 2012. Be sure to swing by to check out some cars that test the limits of fitment. This year will feature some of the finest vehicles on air-ride and static suspensions, as well as some aggressive examples of flush, tucked and poked fitment.

Driftsylvania, a group of friends who share a passion for R/C Drifting will once again tear up in the Carlisle Performance & Style Pavilion with R/C drifting demonstrations and competition. Last year, the crew competed against Vaughn Gittin Jr. driving; we’ll just have to wait and see what surprises they have in store for 2012! The Hot Rodders of Tomorrow is a high school level engine build competition. Students compete for time and accuracy as they tear down an engine and rebuild it. Schools in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions are eligible to compete in the regional battle. Finals for each regional winner are held during the 2012 SEMA show in Las Vegas. This is a great program with a lot of automotive industry support.

At the 2011 SEMA Finals, the University of Northwest Ohio, the School of Automotive Machinists and the Ohio Technical College teamed up to offer nearly $1,000,000 in scholarship money, with $10,000 going to each student on the first place team.

In addition to the competition among the cars on the Performance and Style Showfield, there is a battle between clubs to see who has the most cars registered. As a bonus, we offer the use of a 20’ X 20’ tent to clubs who register 25 vehicles or more.
